“We all suck when we start something new!” That’s been my mantra for years when encouraging my kids or students to let go and try.
This was true for me when I first started writing gay romance novels as well. Am I perfect now? No, far from it, but at least now I know a lot of good editors!
Two years ago in April, 2019, I published my first novel, Aiden Inspired. Luckily, I had a lot of forgiving readers who overlooked all my errors, and as such, Aiden is still one of my best sellers.
To honor this book as well as my second in that two-part series, I wanted to do something special. So, I pulled both books and sent them through the editing process once again.
As a result, on this first "bookday" of Bobby Transformed and the second "bookday" of Aiden Inspired, I’m proud to say, I think they are significantly improved. Many of my readers have already confirmed that for me as well!
Aiden Inspired kept his book cover cause dang, that model is hot! Bobby Transformed however, got a new cover to better match Aiden Inspired. That model is pretty hot too! Seriously!

What? Another sale? Why not! And, I'll do another one next weekend. This time, it's Beauty and His Beast that's on sale at Amazon US & UK* this weekend starting today.
It's a take on Beauty and the Beast, but set in space. You know... spaceship instead of castle, comms crystal instead of magic mirror, DNA mutation instead of curse, etc. That sort of thing. There are a few reviews floating around that say it's a mashup of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella... but it's not—the plot follows pretty closely to the Beauty and the Beast of my childhood, not the later Disney version... however, unlike that version, this one is light and silly and I had a lot of fun writing it (and filling it full of classic sci-fi references for the geeks out there 🤓)

Signed Paperback of Exposed – Giveaway
I still haven't received my paperback proof of Exposed from CreateSpace. They usually take a day or two to ship it out to me but this time, according to UPS, it's both supposed to arrive today and it hasn't been picked up from the location in the States yet. How can it be both? Heh anyway... it'll get here soon and once I've read through it again (which I'm looking forward to), it should be good to go at Amazon. I've also got a signed paperback giveaway here at Goodreads and I'll probably be doing another giveaway for my newsletter subscribers (once I actually finish writing this month's newsletter).

Happy birthday, Caged! Audiobook giveaway
Three years ago today I published Caged: Love and Treachery on the High Seas. It was unedited, the cover was a weird size, I hadn't even given a thought to marketing it. I didn't figure anyone would read it, honestly. I just published it for fun, on the suggestion of a friend, and basically walked away.
Then I got a review. And then another. And then another.
Well, here we are three years later. I've published five full-length novels with a sixth on the way, six novellas and novelettes, and a number of short or flash fics... and I hope to publish many more.
